This restriction is caused by variations of three fundamental factors:

 

  1. The dynamics of power and politics which are decisive for the functioning of an organisation are tabooed and can no longer be deliberated.
  2. Due to a mechanical understanding of leadership and the wish for power, approaching topics is restricted.
  3. There are closely defined groups in which the main topics are dealt with and discussed. Essential players outside of this group are excluded.
